Integrated Pest Management Services for Lowell Housing Authority

The Lowell Housing Authority (LHA) is soliciting proposals for comprehensive Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services across all its properties. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary supervision, labor, materials, and equipment to execute the surveillance, trapping, and pesticide application components of the pest control program. Additionally, the contractor must offer site-specific recommendations for structural and management modifications to enhance pest prevention and provide educational services on pest control to building staff and occupants. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for May 5, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., commencing at South Common Village, 198 South Street, Lowell, MA 01852. This walkthrough will encompass a representative sample of LHA's properties to familiarize bidders with common pest issues encountered by the authority. The sample Inspection Report and sample IPM Plan included in the proposal submittal should be informed by this site visit.
