Next-Generation Aging Services Information System RFI

The Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA), on behalf of the Executive Office of Aging & Independence (AGE), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather market intelligence on modernized, integrated systems that can support aging services operations across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The goal is to assess available solutions, vendor capabilities, and determine the most effective procurement strategy for a next-generation replacement of the current Senior Information Management System (SIMS) platform.
