New Helitack Elite Cargo Trailer

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is seeking a new Helitack Elite Cargo trailer, specifically an 8.5' x 24' V-front enclosed trailer, or an approved equivalent. The trailer must meet detailed specifications including heavy-duty steel frame construction, a minimum interior height of 7.5 feet, a full rear ramp door, insulated walls, ceiling, and floor, and a maximum GVWR of 13,000 lbs. It must also feature a robust electrical system with multiple 120V and 12V outlets, a roof-mounted air conditioning and heat package, an 18-foot awning, and a red/white/blackout color scheme. The trailer must comply with all Federal and Minnesota safety requirements and DOT regulations. Delivery is required by August 30, 2026, or sooner, to the DNR in Grand Rapids, MN. All responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT portal.
