Repair of AN/ARC-234 Airborne Integrated Terminal Group Communications System

This is a Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOPCA) / Sources Sought Synopsis for the repair of AN/ARC-234 Airborne Integrated Terminal Group (AITG) Communications systems. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division Contracting Branch, intends to award a Fixed Price Requirements Indefinite Delivery Contract on a sole source basis to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration. The solicitation is for repair services for specific NSNs and part numbers associated with the AN/ARC-234 system. Interested sources must demonstrate capability to perform these repairs and must obtain written approval from BAE Systems. A qualification package including contractor information, repair capabilities, references, and business type must be submitted to the Contract Officer, Rachel Sexton, and Contract Specialist, Victor Quiroz, by 3:00 PM CT within 15 days of publication. Approval from the National Security Agency (NSA) is required prior to contract award. All submitted data will be protected as corporate or proprietary information.
