Dairy Products for Child Nutrition Program

Ogden City School District is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the delivery of dairy products to support its Child Nutrition Program. Deliveries are expected to occur two to three times per week at each of the sixteen school locations, with additional deliveries scheduled during the summer months. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to provide sufficient information for interested parties to submit proposals that meet the minimum requirements, and respondents are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to showcase their service capabilities.
