Cabinet and Countertop Repair and Painting Services

The Town of Stratford is soliciting bids for cabinet and countertop repair and painting services at Lordship Elementary School. The existing cabinets are original to the building and their finishes are in poor condition. The scope of work includes various cabinet and countertop repairs and painting. This is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) with a bid opening on May 29, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid walk-through is scheduled for May 13, 2026, at 4:30 PM at Lordship Elementary School, 254 Crown Street, Stratford, CT. All requests for information must be submitted in writing to Phillip Ryan, Purchasing Agent, at pryan@townofstratford.com by 12:00 PM on May 20, 2026. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "BID #2026-25" to the Purchasing Department, 2725 Main Street, Room 104, Stratford, Connecticut 06615, by 10:00 AM on May 29, 2026. Verbal communication will not be accepted.
