VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic Lease - Rio Rancho, NM

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is looking for an existing, leased space with build-out capabilities for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The required space is a minimum of 32,531 rentable square feet. The facility must be fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards, as well as Interagency Security Committee Security Design Criteria. The building must be located within the following boundaries: North: King Boulevard, South: Paseo del Volcan NE, East: Civic Center Cir NE, and West: Unser Boulevard. The VA is considering a lease term of up to ten (10) years.
