2026-2027 Fuel Bid Request

Hot Springs County School District No. 1 is soliciting sealed bids for the supply of unleaded gasoline and dyed diesel fuels for their Joint Fuel Facility located in Thermopolis, Wyoming. The contract will be for a one-year period, beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027. Bids will be evaluated based on the total price for the estimated fuel quantities, with the lowest total amount being considered the low bid. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. Price adjustments will be permitted based on supplier rack or terminal prices, provided proof of change is submitted.
