Healthy Families Indiana (HFI) Services

The State of Indiana, Department of Administration, on behalf of the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS), is seeking proposals for Healthy Families Indiana (HFI) services. HFI is a voluntary home visitation program designed to promote healthy families and children through services including child development, access to healthcare, parent education, family incentives, staff training, and community coordination. The program model involves screenings, assessments, and home visiting activities that begin prenatally or at the time of birth for eligible families. The goal of HFI is to prevent child abuse through intensive early intervention services for at-risk families who voluntarily participate. The existing HFI contracts expire on September 30, 2026.
