Statewide Pump Repair and Maintenance Services

The State of Georgia, through its Department of Procurement, is initiating a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process, starting with a prequalification phase, for comprehensive repair, maintenance, installation, and parts replacement services for a wide range of pumps used throughout its facilities. This solicitation will cover nine distinct groups of pump classifications, including Vertical Turbine Pumps, Horizontal Split Case Pumps, Submersible Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps, Vertical Chopper Pumps, Progressing Cavity Pumps, Piston Type Positive Displacement Pumps, Watson Marlow Pumps, and Vacuum and Hydraulic Pumps. Vendors are expected to demonstrate extensive experience in full-service pump support, encompassing procurement, installation, disassembly, detailed inspection, transportation, repair to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards, reassembly, and startup. The selected contractor must adhere to all applicable OSHA standards, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and manufacturer safety recommendations, ensuring a safe work environment and preventing accidental entry or damage. The State is looking for vendors capable of delivering these services in compliance with all safety codes and permitting requirements.
