HVAC Parts, Supplies & Service for Region 6 ESC

Region 6 Education Service Center (ESC), operating as EPIC6, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for HVAC Parts, Supplies & Service. This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation intended for the use of Region 6 ESC, EPIC6, and its member entities. The solicitation aims to contract with reliable vendors to supply a wide range of HVAC-related products and services, including but not limited to air conditioners, compressors, condensers, air handlers, chillers, furnaces, air filters, capacitors, fan motors, thermostats, diagnostic devices, and system maintenance. The agreement will be for five (5) years with an annual option for renewal. Proposals will be evaluated based on several factors including Purchase Price, vendor reputation, quality of goods/services, total long-term cost, extent to which needs are met, past relationship, and vendor experience. A minimum score of 70 points is required for consideration. EPIC6 reserves the right to award to multiple vendors and to reject any or all proposals. Submission of proposals is electronic through the ION Wave procurement software by June 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time.
