Description

This project involves the partial removal and disposal of the existing concrete Crawford Dam and headgate structure, including concrete, rock, and rebar. The scope also includes regrading approximately 300 feet of the North Fork Virgin River, constructing a new intake structure with a fish screen, removing and disposing of approximately 275 feet of existing CMP pipe and a concrete manhole, installing approximately 285 feet of 18-inch ADS N-12 pipe (with about 40 feet placed within 24-inch CMP pipe), removing a concrete turnout box, reseating an existing 12-inch flume, installing approximately 150 feet of boulder embankment riprap, and installing approximately 350 feet of Smart Ditch or an approved equivalent. The project is funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law - Energy Community Revitalization Program. The estimated magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, and construction wage rate requirements for Washington County, UT will apply. The NAICS code is 237990 with a size standard of $45 million. This project is set aside 100% for Total Small Businesses.
