Bulk Prune Juice and High Fiber Apple Juice

The Department of State Hospitals - Atascadero is seeking a quotation for bulk prune juice and high fiber apple juice. The prune juice must be 100% fruit juice without added sugar or sweeteners, in 46oz containers with 12 containers per case, and must be shelf-stable. The high fiber apple juice must also be 100% juice with no added sugar, sweeteners, or corn syrup, in 46oz containers, and each 4oz serving must contain at least 5 grams of fiber. Both products must be shelf-stable, require no refrigeration, and have a minimum of six months post-delivery shelf life. Pallets should be packed to a maximum of 6 tiers per layer. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Total quantities may be increased or decreased by up to 15% during the contract duration, with deliveries scheduled monthly and a delivery schedule provided once the bid is awarded.
