Lagoon Street Complex Furniture Furnishing, Delivery, and Installation

The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (VIHFA) is soliciting proposals from qualified furniture vendors to assess, recommend, furnish, deliver, and install office furniture for the VIHFA Lagoon Street Complex. VIHFA requires functional, durable, and professional commercial-grade furniture for several offices and administrative areas. This solicitation seeks vendor expertise in space planning, furniture recommendations, product selection, and installation, as the final office layout and furniture configurations have not yet been finalized. Proposals, questions, and communications must be submitted exclusively through VIHFA's IonWave e-Procurement System at https://vihfa.ionwave.net. Proposals are due by May 15, 2026, at 4:00 PM Atlantic Standard Time (AST). A mandatory site visit will be conducted on May 4, 2026, at 100 Lagoon Complex Ste. 4, St. Croix, to allow respondents to assess existing conditions and spatial constraints. All questions must be submitted in writing through the IonWave system by May 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM AST.
