Office Space Lease in Corpus Christi, TX

The United States Army Corps of Engineers is requesting proposals for the lease of office space in Corpus Christi, Texas. The required space is between 1,800 and 2,200 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet. The building should be modern, well-constructed, and in good condition, with a permanent material facade. A minimum of 15 reserved surface/outside parking spaces is also required. The lease term will be a firm 1 year with four subsequent 1-year option periods. The lease will be a full-service lease, including utilities, with government termination rights after the firm term with 30 days' notice. The government will consider lease terms other than full service. Occupancy is required according to the schedule in the Lease Completion of Space paragraph.
