USS ST LOUIS (LCS 19) and USS DONALD COOK (DDG 75) FY27 Docking Selected Restricted Availabilities (DSRAs)

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is seeking proposals for the execution of the USS ST LOUIS (LCS 19) and USS DONALD COOK (DDG 75) Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) Docking Selected Restricted Availabilities (DSRAs). These availabilities encompass maintenance, modernization, and repair, requiring a contractor with substantial facilities, including capable pier and drydock (for the applicable ship class), and sufficient human resources to manage and integrate these diverse tasks. The solicitation is being issued on a coast-wide basis for the East Coast under a single solicitation, with the anticipated award of two separate Firm-Fixed-Price contracts.
