Foy Hall Campus Dining Kitchen Relocation

Auburn University is soliciting sealed proposals from pre-qualified bidders for project 23-264, which involves relocating the campus dining kitchen within Foy Hall to an existing service kitchen. The scope of work includes demolition of interior construction, removal of asbestos-containing materials, and new construction encompassing walls, flooring, ceilings, and mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. The project also requires the hard connection of owner-provided kitchen equipment to building systems. Prequalification is required for this project, with applications available on the Auburn University Public Works Bid Calendar. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the Architect and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Auburn University for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount, with a maximum of $10,000.00. Performance and Statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds will be required upon contract signing.
