Vista Continuation High School Modernization: Demolition and Abatement

This project involves building abatement and demolition, site improvement demolition, and off-site demolition of the existing campus at Vista Continuation High School. Prequalification of the prime contractor and its mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) subcontractors is required. Prospective bidders and their MEP subcontractors must submit a completed prequalification questionnaire and financial statement at least ten business days prior to the bid opening date, and must be announced as prequalified at least five business days prior to the bid opening date. Prequalification questionnaires can be submitted online. Bid documents, including specifications, addenda, CM clarifications, and plans, are available for download. Physical copies can be obtained from Blueprint Services Company in Bakersfield, CA.
