Traffic Control Devices and Warning Signage for Queens Midtown and Hugh L. Carey Tunnels

New York City Transit is soliciting bids for the installation of freeway Traffic Control Signals (TCS), Variable Message Signs (VMS), Over Height Vehicle Detectors (OHVD), and Fixed Network Cameras (CCTV) at the Queens Midtown Tunnel (QMT) and the Hugh L. Carey Tunnel (HCT). This contract includes an opportunity for an Enhanced Utilization Credit (EUCI) for eligible Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) firms, offering an additional 50% credit towards their utilization. The solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) with a contract term of 548 calendar days.
