Description

The U.S. Forest Service - Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest requires the rental of motorized trail equipment for trail maintenance. This includes one track loader, one mini-excavator, one concrete buggy, and two trailers, all within the #9,000lb range. The equipment will be used to maintain 130 miles of mechanized trails across the Great Divide and Medford Park Falls districts. The rental period is from May 1st to August 30th, 2025. The contractor is responsible for providing quality equipment in good working order, including necessary safety equipment. Equipment must be free of seeds, soil, and debris that could contain invasive weed seeds prior to being brought onto the National Forest. The Forest Service will operate the equipment with certified operators.
