Food and Beverage Vending Machine Services for Weld County

Weld County is soliciting proposals for comprehensive food and beverage vending machine services to be installed, maintained, operated, and serviced at the Weld County Alternative Sentencing Programs ('Work Release') Facility. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a variety of nutritious food, snack, and beverage options, including fresh, frozen, and refrigerated items, as well as bottled water and sodas. The scope includes maintaining up to 24 vending machines, ensuring products are stocked weekly and meet health standards, and offering modern equipment with features such as credit/debit card readers and bill-changing capabilities. The initial agreement will be for thirty-six (36) months, with the option for two (2) additional one-year periods.
