Application for Appropriation of Public Waters - Emergency Municipal Supply

Northshore Utility District of Kenmore, Washington has filed an application (No. G1-29674) for a permit to appropriate public waters for emergency municipal supply purposes. The application seeks the ability to draw up to 1,100 gallons per minute from each of up to four wells. The approximate locations of these wells are within Sections 6 and 16, Township 26N, Range 5E, W.M., and within Section 13, Township 26N, Range 4E, W.M., all within King County, Washington. Protests to this application must be submitted within 30 days from May 11, 2026. Each protest must include a detailed statement of the basis for the objections and be accompanied by a fifty dollar ($50.00) non-refundable recording fee, payable by check or money order only.
