Supplee Farm Restoration Project

This solicitation is for the Supplee Farm restoration project. Bids are due by 11:30 PM EST on June 13th, 2026, with a bid opening scheduled for June 15th, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. A pre-bid site showing is available by appointment by emailing GraceChamberlain@LancasterConservation.org. The bid package includes general instructions, project design, standards and sizes, aquatic resource impact tables, permit approvals, evaluation criteria, bid form and schedule, and prevailing wage determination. Bids must be submitted online via the PennBid Program. Signature requirements for individuals, partnerships, and corporations are detailed. Bid submission requirements include the signed Bid Form & Schedule, a Bid Bond (details in "General Instructions Supplee Farm"), Project Substitution & Changes Document, References, a narrative describing experience with stream restoration in Lancaster County and Southcentral Pennsylvania, and an overview of the firm. Proposals will be evaluated based on the Evaluation Criteria Spreadsheet.
