Design and Installation of Entrance Canopies at Idaho National Laboratory

The Department of Energy, through Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA), is soliciting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for vendors qualified to design and install entrance canopies at Buildings 682 and 688 at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL). This project aims to enhance facility safety, security, accessibility, and weather protection. The scope of work includes the design and fabrication of canopy structures, their installation at designated building entrances, integration with existing architectural and structural elements, and ensuring compliance with all applicable safety, building, and environmental standards. The Davis-Bacon Act and the INL Site Stabilization Agreement will apply to this construction work. This EOI is the initial step to identify potential vendors for a future Request for Proposal (RFP). Interested parties must submit their EOI by August 14, 2026, including company information, relevant experience, NAICS codes, business size classification, and any federal contracting experience.
