Construct New School Drop-Off Lane at Keesler AFB

This project involves the construction of a new school drop-off lane near the Pass Road access gate on Ploesti Drive at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. The scope of work includes demolition of existing structures such as trees, picnic tables, a car wash, storm drain manholes, bike racks, water fountains, and canopies. New construction will involve regrading the area for positive drainage, providing a new paved road for the school drop-off, creating parking spots, installing signage and striping, constructing a 30 ft x 20 ft aluminum canopy, installing new storm drain inlets, relocating an existing fire hydrant, and reinstalling existing bike racks. The magnitude of the proposed construction is estimated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $3,000,000.00. This acquisition is being issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. The performance period is expected to begin 10 days after award and conclude 180 days later. Offers are due by May 27, 2026.
