2nd Street West Parking Lot Reconstruction

This project involves the removal of three separate parking lots located between 2nd and 3rd Streets and Washington and Main Streets in Cedar Falls, Iowa. The scope of work includes the construction of a large concrete parking lot with concrete curb and gutter, and storm sewer installation. Additionally, the project will incorporate paver sidewalks, parking lot lighting, monument signage, and landscaping. Proposals will be opened online on May 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. via www.questcdn.com. The City of Cedar Falls reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The estimated completion date for this project is November 13, 2026.
