USNS APALACHICOLA (T-EPF 13) Regular Overhaul and Dry Docking

This solicitation is for the regular overhaul and dry docking of the USNS APALACHICOLA (T-EPF 13). The anticipated period of performance is from January 5, 2027, to June 5, 2027, with the work to be performed at the contractor's facility located on the U.S. East/Gulf Coast. Access to the work item package and government-furnished information technical data requires the completion and return of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to the point of contact. The solicitation is expected to be made available on or about June 6, 2026. This opportunity is being solicited as a total small business set-aside, with an expectation of receiving proposals from at least two small businesses.
