Financial Compliance and Auditing Services for Little Rock Housing Authority

The Little Rock Housing Authority (LRHA) and its affiliated entity, the Central Arkansas Housing Corporation (CAHC), are soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed, and independent Certified Public Accounting firms. The selected firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial compliance and auditing services for both LRHA and CAHC programs and operations. These services must be performed in accordance with Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS), applicable federal regulations, and 2 CFR Part 200. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, financial statement audits and compliance audits, along with any related reporting requirements.
