America250 Utah Professional Communications Services

The State of Utah, Department of Cultural and Community Engagement, is soliciting statements of qualifications for professional communications and design services related to the America250 Utah initiative. This Request for Solicitation of Qualifications (RFSQ) aims to award a contract for Design Professional Service Providers and Consultants. The vendor with the highest-ranking will be selected for contract negotiation, with potential to negotiate with the next highest-ranked vendor if an agreement cannot be reached.
