This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks qualified providers to deliver Intimate Partner Violence-Family Assessment Intervention Response (IPV-FAIR) services. This program offers an intensive, in-home and clinic-based comprehensive clinical treatment model designed to assist families impacted by intimate partner violence (IPV). Services include assessments, interventions, and connections to necessary resources. The IPV-FAIR model is evidence-based and focuses on addressing trauma experienced by all family members, managing substance misuse, and preventing child maltreatment. It emphasizes family-centered, trauma-informed, holistic, flexible, collaborative, coordinated, and accountable service delivery. The program aims to reduce risk, promote family safety, and engage all family members, particularly caregivers, in the process. The contract term is for 3 years, with an anticipated start date of January 1, 2027. The total funding available for this procurement is $3,690,230, with six awards anticipated, each at $615,038.33 per year.
