Warehouse, Office, and Outdoor Storage Space

The U.S. Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources for warehouse, office, and outdoor storage space. They are seeking information on existing or modifiable properties that can support logistics, administrative office functions, outdoor storage, truck circulation, and parking. The anticipated requirement is for a single-tenant facility with approximately 180,000 SF of total site area, including about 34,000 to 36,500 SF of building space (primarily warehouse with supporting office space) and 37,000 to 42,000 SF of contiguous paved outdoor yard area. The Government is interested in locations within a 30-mile radius of Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) or Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), or within the greater Houston, Texas metropolitan area. Other East Coast or Gulf Coast locations with efficient access to major seaports and international airports will also be considered. Properties can be acquired through lease, purchase, or build-to-suit arrangements, and do not need to meet all requirements as-is if they can be reasonably modified. This is a Sources Sought Notice / Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes only and is not a solicitation. Responses are due by June 5, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time. The anticipated occupancy date is on or after June 1, 2029.
