Automotive Parts, Supplies, and Bulk Oil Delivery for Iowa State University

Iowa State University (ISU) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to supply automotive parts, supplies, and bulk oil on an as-needed basis for its Transportation Services Department. The department manages approximately 600 light-duty vehicles and maintains an on-site shop with basic parts and supplies. Contractors are expected to provide new parts that meet or exceed industry standards and OEM quality. Deliveries for non-scheduled items should be prompt, with special orders expected within 72 hours. The contract includes provisions for weekly inventory replenishment, bulk oil delivery to a 250-gallon tank, and passing on manufacturer warranties. Billing will be itemized with monthly statements provided. The initial contract term is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029, with two optional 1-year renewals.
