This solicitation is for exploratory water well drilling and testing services at the Leadville National Fish Hatchery. The project involves drilling a well to a depth of approximately 125-150 feet and testing its maximum sustained flow to assess the feasibility of a production well for fish rearing. The period of performance is from June 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including environmental and safety standards.
