Description
This project involves finish renovations to the existing Administration Building, Murphy Cottage, and Annex Building. The scope of work includes painting interior wall surfaces, doors, frames, and gypsum board ceilings. New carpet tile, VCT, and LVT flooring will be installed. Additionally, the main stair in the Administration Building will undergo polishing of existing terrazzo and refinishing of existing stairs and railings. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time at the Ferris Maintenance shop located at 959 Centre Road, Wilmington, DE 19805. Attendance at this meeting is a prerequisite for bidding on this contract.
