Description

The Lake Champlain - Lake George Regional Planning Board (LCLGRPB) is seeking proposals from qualified attorneys or law firms licensed to practice in New York State to provide legal services related to debt collection, collateral recovery, and enforcement of loan agreements. These services are for the LCLGRPB's Revolving Loan Fund, which supports economic development in nine counties in New York State. The selected counsel will handle delinquent and defaulted business loans, including initiating legal actions, enforcing loan agreements, foreclosing on collateral, repossessing assets, negotiating settlements, and providing legal advice.
