Marana El Rio Disc Golf Course and Parking Lot Construction

The Town of Marana is soliciting bids for the construction of the Marana El Rio Disc Golf Course (Project No. PK031) and the El Rio Recreation Area Parking Lot (Project No. PK032). The disc golf course project includes the construction of an 18-hole course with concrete tee boxes, native soil paths, an entry plaza with a monument sign, installation of baskets and signage, and a new irrigation system with native re-vegetation. The parking lot project involves the placement of asphalt millings, parking bumpers, new concrete flatwork for ADA parking and pathways, and pavement markings. Both projects are located within the Town of Marana's jurisdictional limits. The disc golf course is situated on Pima County Flood Control District property, while the parking lot is on Town of Marana property. The contract time for all construction work is 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The warranty period for the project is 730 consecutive calendar days.
