Reagents, Consumables, and Service Contract for iSED Analyzers

This contract is needed to provide reagents, consumables, and a service maintenance contract for two automated ALCOR iSED Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate testing analyzers at the VA Portland Health Care System. The contract will be for a five-year period, effective July 15, 2026, to ensure continuity of service for the current equipment. The iSED system utilizes a primary barcoded lavender EDTA tube, and the required supplies include quality control material, wash solution, thermal printer paper rolls, and test cards. The vendor must also provide all necessary services to keep the equipment in manufacturer's operating condition, including preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, with a guaranteed uptime of 98% per month per instrument. Telephone technical support will be available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. The vendor must also furnish a malfunction incident report within two business days of completing a repair call.
