High Savery Fence Replacement

The Wyoming State Construction Department, on behalf of the Wyoming Water Development Office, is soliciting bids for the High Savery Fence Replacement project. The project is located approximately 40 miles south of Rawlins, Wyoming, off Carbon County Road 401. The proposed fence must adhere to Wyoming Game and Fish Department (WGFD) Wildlife-Friendly Fence standards, requiring a minimum height of thirty-eight inches, three wires with twelve-inch spacing between the top and second barb wire, and a smooth bottom wire eighteen inches from the ground. Bids must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on June 5, 2026. All bidding questions must be submitted via the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. MT on May 21, 2026, with answers posted by May 29, 2026. Bids exceeding $150,000 require a bid deposit of ten percent (10%) in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check, which must be received by the Procurement Office in Cheyenne, Wyoming, by the bid due date. Electronic bid bonds via Surety 2000 are also acceptable and require uploading a copy with the bid response.
