Programs will utilize structure, individualized treatment planning, case management, and individual and group counseling within a residential setting to support self-reflection, skill-building, and community transition. Priority will be given to currently licensed and funded programs that meet licensure requirements, followed by current licensed and unfunded programs, and then vendors proposing new programs. Returning vendors must apply by March 7th at 4 PM to prevent service interruption.
