Service Agreement for Life Technologies Quantstudio 7 Flex Real-Time PCR (qPCR) Unit

This Sources Sought announcement is for market research to determine if there are small business sources capable of providing a Life Technologies Quantstudio 7 Flex Real-Time PCR (qPCR) Service Agreement. The service agreement will cover a Base Year plus two possible option years, beginning on August 15, 2026. The scope of work includes preventative maintenance and unlimited corrective repair services for the instrument, including all parts, labor, and travel. The service engineer must perform inspections, software updates, cleaning, lubrication, alignment, functional tests, and temperature verification. A guaranteed priority response time of 2 business days is required, with service performed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The contractor must provide priority telephone and email access to technical support, and remote support shall be available. Technicians must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) formally trained and certified, and all work must follow OEM specifications using new OEM parts. Deliverables include service records and reports for each maintenance visit and a written summary report to the FDA COR and Contract Specialist. The service shall be performed at the National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR) in Jefferson, AR.
