Description

The Department of the Air Force is seeking motorcycle safety training services for Cannon Air Force Base, NM. This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a firm-fixed-unit-price contract. The training will cover Basic Rider Course (eP1x11), Basic RiderCourse2 (BRC2) - Skills Practice, and Advance RiderCourse (ARC) - Skills Practice. The period of performance includes a base year and four option years, from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2031. All instructors must be certified by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) and maintain the Cannon MSF Rider Education Recognition Program (RERP) for the duration of the contract. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). This solicitation has been amended to extend the response deadline to May 19, 2026.
