Food, General Grocery Items, and Catering Services

Denton Independent School District is soliciting proposals from vendors to provide food, general grocery items, and catering services on an as-needed basis throughout the district. Pricing should be submitted as a discount from the manufacturer's price list, proposer's fixed price list, or a combination thereof, with indefinite quantities. This proposal is intended to be awarded to multiple vendors. The initial term of the contract will be from the date of award through August 31, 2026, with one successive one-year renewal option. Awards will be made incrementally throughout the solicitation period, with an anticipated recommendation for the first round of awards to the Board of Trustees on November 11, 2025. This proposal may be utilized with local, state, federal, and grant-funded programs.
