The State Procurement Services Division, on behalf of State of Montana Agencies, is seeking bids for overflow aircraft and pilot services throughout the State of Montana. The services required include, but are not limited to, low-level wildlife surveys, angler surveys, tracking wildlife species using telemetric equipment, various law enforcement missions, point-to-point charter or air taxi services, and potentially helicopter external load operations if qualified. These contracts are intended to supplement existing services. Bidders must review and accept several prerequisites, including single point of contact information, Q&A board details, draft contract, standard terms and conditions, IFB general requirements, specifications and pricing schedule, contract requirements, pilot requirements, aircraft requirements, flight locations, warranties, debarment information, and all question and answer entries. Bidders requesting exceptions to standard terms and conditions must submit them by the Q&A deadline. The State reserves the right to negotiate non-material exceptions during contract negotiation.
