The City of Tulsa is soliciting bids for High Visibility Shirts to be used by various city departments. The solicitation aims to secure a source for these shirts, with an initial one-year contract term that may be extended for up to four additional one-year terms. The shirts must meet current ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 Type R Class 3 Specifications and include specific features such as fluorescent yellow-green background material, pullover style, short and long-sleeved options, sizes small to 6XL+, a left chest pocket, and a ribbed collar, cuff, and side seams. Reflective material specifications require 3M Scotchlite or an acceptable equivalent, with two-inch wide reflective tape. The shirts should also feature a tagless neck label with care instructions and be screen printed with the City of Tulsa logo or an approved abbreviated logo on the front and the city department name on the back, using approved colors. Bidders are required to submit samples by June 5, 2026. Bids will be evaluated based on product life cycle cost, material weight/feel/comfort, reflective striping supplier, screen print process, and customer service.
