City of South Bend: 2026 or Newer Front-Wheel-Drive SUVs

The City of South Bend, Indiana, Department of Public Works is soliciting electronic sealed bids for the purchase of five or more 2026 or newer front-wheel-drive SUVs. Bids must be submitted electronically to bpwbids@southbendin.gov by 9:00 a.m. Local Time on June 9, 2026. The bid title must be included in the subject line of the email, and the vendor's name, address, email, and phone number must be in the body of the email. Bids must be submitted on the provided City of South Bend Bid/Proposal form, which includes several required affidavits. An electronic copy of a Certified Check or Bid Bond for at least 10% of the bid amount must accompany each bid, with the original to be sent via USPS after award. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any bid or partial award deemed in the best interest of the City.
