On-Call Property Appraisal and Acquisition Professional Services for Augusta-Richmond County

Augusta-Richmond County is soliciting sealed proposals for on-call property appraisal and acquisition professional services. Proposals must be received by Monday, June 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The RFP opening will be public and held in the Procurement Department at 535 Telfair Street, Suite 605, Augusta, GA 30901, and virtually via Microsoft Teams. All submittals must be received during normal office hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) and will not be accepted by email. Proposals cannot be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after opening, pending contract execution. RFP documents and addenda are available on the Augusta, Georgia website (ARCBid), Euna OpenBids, and the Georgia Procurement Registry website. Bidders must mark the RFP number on the outside of the submittal envelope. A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Monday, June 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. virtually via Teams. All requests for clarifications or interpretations must be submitted in writing via email to procbidandcontract@augustaga.gov by Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. to the Augusta Procurement Department, Attn: Jamye Mortley, 535 Telfair Street - Room 605, Augusta, Georgia 30901.
