Right-of-Way Tree Planting Project

The City of Lancaster, PA is soliciting bids for the Right-of-Way Tree Planting Project. This project involves planting 2.5-inch caliper ball and burlapped trees at 310 City right-of-way tree well locations. The contract is subject to federal grant funding, requiring compliance with 2 CFR Part 200, Appendix II, as well as state laws regarding non-discrimination, minimum salaries, wages, and the Steel Products Procurement Act. The City will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, considering factors beyond just the lowest dollar amount, including quality of services, responsiveness, past performance, and contractor integrity. The successful bidder or a subcontractor must have an ISA-certified arborist on staff.
