Hand Drills, Foot Care for Veterans Health Administration

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Non-Expendable Equipment National Program is seeking a contractor to provide Medicool A(r) Hand Drills, Foot Care or equivalent products. These are handheld, high-speed powered instruments used for debriding calluses, shaping toenails, and other foot care procedures. The contract will be a single award Requirements contract with firm-fixed priced delivery orders. Offerors must provide products that meet specific salient characteristics, including drill speed of 30,000 rpm or greater, variable speed control, foot control capability, integrated vacuum, and the ability to utilize 3/32" (2.35mm) burs. The evaluation will consider design, performance, safety, quality, construction, training, warranty, and service maintenance. The contract will have a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods.
