Tirrell Building Cafeteria Upgrade: Cafeteria Furniture

Norwich Free Academy is soliciting bids for the delivery, assembly, and installation of new cafeteria furniture as part of its Tirrell Building Cafeteria Upgrades project. The furniture specified in Exhibit B must be delivered on August 20, 2026, with installation to follow in the designated areas. If site conditions prevent installation as planned, alternative locations within the cafeteria will be provided by NFA. Vendors are responsible for all packaging and debris removal upon completion. Elevator access is available, but vendors must be prepared to transport oversized items via stairs if necessary. Storage of materials prior to the scheduled delivery date is not permitted without written authorization, and early deliveries will not be accepted.
