Janitorial Services for NOAA Disaster Response Center

This solicitation is for janitorial services at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Gulf of America Disaster Response Center located at 7344 Zeigler Blvd, Mobile, AL 36608. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to maintain a clean and functional facility. Services include regularly scheduled basic cleaning, monthly, quarterly, and annual deep cleaning, and special event cleaning as needed. Basic cleaning encompasses sweeping, vacuuming, emptying trash and recycling, dusting, wet mopping, and cleaning of kitchens/break rooms and restrooms. Monthly services include spot cleaning upholstery, cleaning water fountains, and sorting recycling materials. Annual services include cleaning shower stalls, floor cleaning and waxing, and extensive glass cleaning. The contract will be firm-fixed-price with a base year and four option years, with an estimated period of performance from May 25, 2026, to May 24, 2031. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns.
